Learn the basics of working with precious metal clay (bronze). This insane material starts out as clay, and finishes as 99.9% pure bronze. We’ve run PMC workshops for several years how, and it is amazing every time! This year we are bringing this bit of mad science to Hoosier Hills.

We will start off with the science of how this technological alchemy works, and then create! With the materials supplied, students can create one really big button, a bunch of small buttons, and anything in between. Its up to you! 

At the end of class session, you will have dry clay pieces ready for the kiln. We will then take these home and fire them at our Indianapolis-area home studio where they will be fired. Finished pieces will be sent to students via mail.
