Silver Clay Necklace
Wow love this one! Excellent example of how layering textures and elements creates interest
This is so cool! These are actual leaf impressions that were pressed into the silver clay. A controlled patina effect was then used to tint the impressions and bring out those textures with stunning results.
Companion to the leave pendant necklace, and again beautiful and creative!
I love the effect on this one. This was created by one of the guys who took the class. This is a good example of the rich color you can get when you hit the silver with a patina and then buff if back down.
This layered piece actually started out as two separate necklaces, but then we combined them to spectacular results. Shows what happens when you leave yourself open to creativity. Plans are good and all, but sometimes the clay tells you what it wants to do!
Surprise! Its a Necklace
This neat pendant was actually scrap destined for the reclaim bowl - but we caught it and decided it would be cool just how it was. So we fired it and viola!
There is a life lesson in these somewhere, and it looks awesome, We like life lessons that look awesome.
